Here at PRESSED Diamond Entertainment, we believe in community. We believe in our local non-profits that take the time to evaluate the issues that are present and create solutions. It is our mission to utilize our gifts to help support non-profits that provide services and resources to the people of the community.

Each year, these organizations work vigorously to raise funds that support the work they do and one of the ways they do so is by hosting gala fundraising events. For many non-profits, this particular event raises a large portion of their annual budget which covers program funding, staff salaries, operational expenses and more.

A Step Ahead Pierce County Auction | May 2023

A Step Ahead in Pierce County (ASAPC) hired Ms. Najai Smith as a seasonal employee to assist with managing the 2023 charity Gala & Auction. Ms. Smith has exceeded the expectations highlighted in the job description and with multiple additional assigned tasks. She is efficient in communication, professionalism, problem solving, and the ability to work autonomously.

Ms. Smith is optimistic, positively focused, and bright personality shined through even in stressful situations. In short, she can handle any situation with exceptional poise and charm.
